Authorized UCNG Fleet Tracker users may opt in to SMS notifications by providing or confirming their mobile telephone number and affirmatively enabling Text Message Alerts within their authenticated user account.

Before opting in, users are informed that they are consenting to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Ultimate CNG regarding fleet maintenance, inspections, equipment assignments, due-soon and overdue service, and related operational notifications.

Users are also informed that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or employment, and they may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance.

The user’s SMS preference and consent may be recorded within the UCNG Fleet Tracker database.
